Pet Grooming School – What to do before Bathing the Dog

First, you need to brush and comb your dog adequately before you bathe it. Do not bathe the dog before you brush it out. You need to remove all mats from its coat. If you get your dog wet without brushing it, it will make things worse. Snarls in their coats will be set in more tightly and this will become your worst nightmare. Once the brushing is complete and all dead and shed hair have been removed, you should clean the ears, cut it’s nails, and trim some of the coats hair to make things easier for the clipping.
